About
Ida Scheel is the Danish artist behind Scheel Studio, based in Copenhagen, working with visual art, ceramics and installation.
Her practice explores storytelling, materiality, and the relationship between humans and the natural world.
Through sculptural objects and speculative narratives, she investigates ideas of reenchantment, ecology, and collective consciousness. Drawing inspiration from folklore, archaeology, and imagined histories, her works often exist somewhere between fiction and
artefact — creating spaces where wonder, uncertainty, and material presence can coexist.
